Well, I think I’ve done it! I think I’ve found a smoothie recipe that makes the maca powder tolerable. I’m not sure how nutritious it is, but I certainly don’t taste the nastiness of maca root, so I take that as a win.
- 2 cups milk (I used almond milk)
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ice
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 banana
