Fairy gardens and spider bites

Tomorrow I have an art exhibit so, naturally, something has to go wrong. I woke up with a terribly swollen eye thanks to either a spider or mosquito. I hope I turn into spiderwoman!

Aside from that, I decided to start a pet project and create a little fairy garden. I will preface that I also have no green thumb but I have always loved fairies and, in fact, they were the first thing I learned to draw. I have collected little fairy figurines growing up and now wish they weren’t tucked away in storage.

I think it turned out pretty cute! ❤
