Getting back into the routine

Today is a better day, and I’m jumping off the train going in the opposite direction to go forward.

This mornin,g I ate watermelon for breakfast.

In the afternoon, I had apple slices, grapes, nuts and snap peas.

For dinner, I had sushi.

I would have counted my steps but I wasn’t wearing my Fitbit today on account of giving my wrists time to heal.

I went to take Cosmos to the park for a “Drool in the Pool” event but, after a 20 min drive there, they failed to mention we needed vet papers to get in.

So I got him a little pup cup from Starbucks instead.

I also only did abs today, which is at least something. I definitely need to do cardio tomorrow and that is my plan.
