So if you guys had read my previous blog, I mentioned that I hadn’t been to the gym in 6 days because I was sick. However, today I was able to get to the gym for a little under an hour. I jogged for 20 minutes (1.22 miles) and then performed 15 minute and 11 seconds of abs.
My total step count today was 12,397.
My workout for abs consisted of:
- 30 second jumping jacks
- 30 second high stepping
- 18 standing bicycle crunches
- 10 sit-up twists
- 14 clapping crunches
- 14 superman
- 8 reverse crunches with leg raised
- 30 second plank
- 30 second skipping rope
- 16 standing bicycle crunches
- 8 sit-up twists
- 12 clapping crunches
- 12 superman
- 8 reverse crunches with leg raised
- 36 second plank
- 90 second of stretches
Food Intake
- For breakfast, I had cereal.
- For lunch, I had jello and watermelon.
- For dinner, I had a steamed chicken burrito.
Despite feeling like I did pretty well today, the results still aren’t showing. But, like I mentioned up above, I hadn’t worked out for 6 days prior to this. I’m also going to have to work extra hard since I have the medication working against me. I’m quite proud I was able to do the exercise I did today after being sick and, while I don’t look like the girl in the featured image, I hope to achieve that again some day soon.
