Learning balance

I’m definitely the type of person who is extremely work-oriented. Unfortunately, for me, that takes away a lot from my personal life. Even when I get home I find little projects that I want to do after work. A lot of it could also be because I lack intimacy or find it hard to be romantic, so I find a scapegoat instead.

Whatever excuse I formulate in my mind, it all ends with I need to try harder to be present in my relationship.

I need to learn to divide my time between work and family. Even if I get extremely nervous about intimacy or romance, I still need to find a way to be that person for my significant other.
