Do Frequency sounds really work?

How many of you have heard that frequency sounds can help with certain ailments? How many of you have tried it? Were you successful? Well, it might not work for everyone, but one upside to being a highly sensitive person is that you are able to have these types of remedies actually work for you. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself! This might also be a great way to see if you are a highly sensitive.

I was listening to a recent frequency that helps to heal headaches and was shocked when, less than halfway through the video, my headache was gone! It’s crazy how certain sounds and vibrations can either calm or stir your body to react a specific way. I know this sounds like a very strange thing to talk about on my blog, but I’m always open to try new things to help my body become more balanced. I tried using frequency sounds for anxiety and focusing at work, both with great results.
