When we think of “lines,” most of us think linear. Some of us see the word “lines” and think of architecture or geometry. When I look at this word, I think of movement. Lines connect and lines create. I have recently begun to sell my artwork and accept commissions. You can check it out here. When I’m drawing, the world disappears and all I think about are those lines. Those lines create an emotional fluidity that I can’t explain. They pull me in and help me to learn to feel again. Most people look at “lines” and simply see something connecting two points. However, I see it as a connection between myself and the paper.
